Evernote

I just spent the entire day re-arranging and organizing my life. Everything I have to say about the world, I have now officially captured. There is a notebook for everything, and Yes, I do mean everything. I have one, about how I want my house to look when I own one. It's got web clippings of beautiful images. Another boasts pictures of my college friends. Each one has a picture and the title is their name, so I don't forget anyone. A third hosts pictures taken at college parties. It's a good one. I'll look back later and laugh at the pictures of us passed out, the trashcans' the water bottles, the beer cans etc. This website, and transitional tool has also helped me with college too. I have a notebook from past assignments, and one that has essay's I've written. There is one, with pictures from white boards, things to remember and scan'd little bits of paper. You never want to forget the little things. What makes this amazing, is that instead of it being stored on one platform, it's on all my devices. I can take pictures with my IPAD and transfer them to my Macbook too. There is such a wonderful piece of mind, about traveling with my PAD and knowing that I can access stuff from my Computer. LIfe just got easy, so I had to blog about it.

I'm writing again,

The pressure being off, I'm finally writing again. I haven't written in some time.
What a relief.

I'm working on a theological piece, that i'm gonna call: Why God has not yet made me a sandwich.

Catchy, I know.

New Work

Here Is some new work, that I've begun to study and work with in College. The next couple of images are compiled from my most recent work. They range in study and lighting.

A.) My father's hands; shot during move in day at my college. My father, My mother, and I went out to coffee before I moved into my dorm. I like the shot for it's personal significance. I don't think I realized until this picture that my father and I hold our coffee cups the same way.

B.) My Photograph Professor; A picture taken right after our photo outing while we were all standing around getting notes at the end of the day. She was laughing with her friend who was the supervising photographer woring with us during the day.

C.) My classmate; during our photo shoot. She works as a model in her time off and was happy to throw a few poses for me. We were goofing around with some ropes. The shot is very darka nd interesting.

D.) A good friend of Mine; named Derek. He was happy to be the model of my photography, on an afternoon through Chinatown. The shot is very artsy and the definition that you see in the his face is highlighted with the black and white.

Girl reaching for Rose

This image is really three images combined. The rose was part of a different set of photographs, the water was cut from another shot of the girl by the pond, and a third was a shot originally of the girl. Theses three together with an enhanced with animation to create flow. The shot seemed to flow, especially with the water and the placement of the girl.

For this project, we had to create Fine art photography.
In al four pieces I found places of utmost beauty coupled with Humans interactions.
1. (subway station) - waiting for the Subway in Washington DC, There was a lone man on the platform. I felt he made the scene complete.
2. (The Cliffs) - climbing down, I felt so at ease. I took pictures and later in review of them noticed the two couples embracing near the bottom right corner. I felt just as simply at ease as they did.
3. (Theater District) -In Downtown Boston, while crossing the street I took a couple shots and found that having placed the subject right in the middle it really brought the shot together. The feeling of being small in proportion to the buildings also made a difference.
4. (an empty street)- in Boston, wandering around the Beacon Hill neighborhood, I stumbled across this street where the trees made a wonderful shot. Although there were no people around, I imagined how much prettier the street might have been if there were no cars. I consider the picture cluttered by human means even if there are not humans in it.
